Venue Pricing: $5,000 for 100 People

Large Venue Pricing: $5,500 for larger parties

Renters Clean Up Responsibliites

*We will clean for and additional $500.00

• Clean tables & chairs
• Clean bathrooms
• Early brunch clean up
• Put all llinen into bags provided by your rental service
• Pick up & empty all trash cans & put in designated spot (We will take awai)
• Clean wall tent
• Clear out all leftovers
• Clean ceramony area
• Remove all decorations, signage, ballons in tent, lawn and ceramony area.

Additional Venue Notes

• Wedding insurance required up to 1 million per occurence, single liability insurance covering propety damage with 2 million aggregate.
• You can obtain your own caterer or bring you own food
• All alchol must be served by a licensed vendor
• Unlimited parking
• Music, DJ or band can be enjoyed till 11pm - noise levels can be adjusted.
